Below we have listed the most frequently asked questions with answers for you.

  • Austria relaxes Corona measures!

    From March 5, all corona measures will be abolished in Austria, with the exception of the FFP2 mask on public transport and in essential shops (e.g. supermarket, post office, bank, pharmacy).

    Note: When entering Austria, the 3-G rule applies.

    THIS APPLIES TO SKI AND WINTER HOLIDAYS

    • FFP2 masks are mandatory in the gondolas.
    • A 3G certificate is not required.
    • Après ski can take place.

  • Where can I make a reservation?

    You can make a reservation by contacting us. This can be done by telephone, via email or via our contact form.

    It’s possible to reserve directly at Glennie’s Westendorf here.

  • Is it advisable to book in advance?

    Booking in advance is not compulsory with us, you can also walk in with us for a pleasant evening. We do advise you to book in advance. We have a limited number of places in our restaurant, therefore we cannot guarantee you a place if you have not reserved.

  • Is it nice to eat with children at Glennie's?

    You are certainly welcome with children, we even have a separate children’s menu. The dishes on this are smaller and cheaper. You can find the menu here.

  • I want to leave a review / my feedback is this possible?

    We are always happy with feedback from our guests. Of course you can always leave this directly with our staff in the restaurant. You can also share an experience or your feedback with other (future) guests. You can do this via Tripadvisor, a global assessment platform.   • Where can I park my car?

    Niederau
    The parking spaces of Glennie’s Niederau are more difficult to find as the restaurant is located on a main road. Next to the restaurant are 2 roads to the back of the building where there is a small parking lot for our guests.

    Westendorf
    At Glennie’s Westendorf we do not have parking spaces for our guests at the restaurant. There are parking spaces behind Café Berger, which are accessible via the spar. Note: this is a blue zone.

  • Can I eat at Glennie's with allergies?

    It is no problem to come and eat at Glennie’s with one or more allergies. The ingredients are listed on our menu in the restaurant and which dish is not suitable for which allergy. Our chef can also prepare a number of dishes in a way that you will not suffer from your allergy.

  • Can I go to Glennie's if I am a vegetarian?

    At Glennie’s we also serve a number of vegetarian dishes. Take a look at our lunch or dinner menu to see which dishes we offer.

  • Can I do an internship at Glennie's?

    You can do an internship with us. Glennie’s is an official and recognized training company. Look here for more information and the experiences of interns who have gone to you.

  • Is Glennie's just a restaurant?

    This is certainly not the case. Glennie’s also has a beautiful Ginbar, where you can of course also enjoy other (alcoholic) drinks. The Ginbar is open every day during the high season and you can linger here when the restaurant is closed. Look here to see which drinks we can serve you.

  • Where can I book an apartment above Glennie's?

    If you are interested in renting an apartment in Kristall Plaza Niederau or in Residenz Illyrica Tirol in Westendorf, you can find more information and availability via the website of Romex Restate.

  • I have a complaint where can I go?

    We prefer that you come directly to us with your complaint while you are still in the restaurant. In this way we can immediately try to resolve your complaint. If you have a complaint afterwards it is best to contact us via our email address info@glenniesrestaurant.at we will try to answer you as soon as possible.
