Our chef, Arthur Ross, has once again outdone himself this year to surprise you with a new menu for the upcoming winter season. ❄️
Arthur has not only added new dishes to the dinner menu but also introduced some exciting options for a delightful lunch!
Together with the other chefs, they are preparing with these new and amazing dishes.

Appetizers: A good start 😉
For those who love both land and sea, we’ve added the sensational “Surf & Turf” to our appetizers. This dish consists of tender salmon and beef tartare, crispy shrimp, wasabi mayonnaise, and quail egg. 🍤
For those who prefer a vegan option, this year we have the refined “Beet Couscous.” It’s prepared with wasabi mayonnaise, red onion, edamame beans, and a creamy beetroot sauce. 🌱
Main Courses: Seasonal highlights! 😍
This year, we’ve added a tasty sea bream as a new main course, fresh from the sea. 🐟
Additionally, we proudly present a choice between a perfectly grilled tournedos or slow-cooked veal cheek. 🥩
Last but not least, we welcome the “Pasta with Salmon Flakes.” A delightful combination of fresh pasta and delicate salmon flakes, prepared with passion in our kitchen. This is a dish that pasta lovers won’t want to miss. 🍝
